Training New Employees
At Aicello, we provide about two weeks of training to new employees in order to cultivate the knowledge and awareness necessary as a member of society and an Aicello employee.
After those two weeks, they go through four months of practical training, then are assigned to a workplace. In order to support their growth, they have about five follow-up training sessions, and we guide them throughout the first year with the cooperation of their workplace and the HR department.
